These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers of Lisolí. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this page. Continuing to use our website or place orders after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

 

Products & availability
 

Our tableware is produced with care and attention to detail. As a result, availability may be limited, and slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. These differences are part of the character of our pieces and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time without notice.

 

Pricing & payment
 

Prices are displayed in EUR and SEK depending on your location and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Stripe (covering card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna) and PayPal, and we use these secure providers to process all transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect pricing, technical errors, or suspected misuse occurs. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full if a payment was already taken.

 

Shipping & delivery
 

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination and order size. We ship using DHL. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Lisolí is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

 

Your right to withdraw 
 

As a consumer shopping with us from within the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. Once we've received and inspected your return, we will refund the price you paid for the item, along with the standard delivery cost of your original order. Only the cost of returning the item to us may be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover this cost too. Please note that if any of our products are made to order or personalized specifically for you, this right of withdrawal may not apply, and this will be made clear to you before purchase. Damaged or incorrect items
 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Reporting an issue promptly helps us resolve things quickly, but it does not limit your separate legal right to a remedy for defective goods under applicable Swedish and EU consumer law, which may apply for a longer period.

 

Legal guarantee
 

In addition to your right of withdrawal, all products sold by Lisolí are covered by the statutory legal guarantee against defects under Swedish consumer law. If a product you've purchased turns out to be faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances. This guarantee exists independently of, and is not limited by, our own return or refund policies.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, brand name, and designs — is the property of Lisolí and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

 

Personal information
 

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy. We treat your data with care and respect.

 

Limitation of liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisolí shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our website is provided as is, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Swedish or EU consumer protection law.

 

Governing law and dispute resolution
 

These Terms of Service are governed by Swedish law and applicable European Union consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. If you have a complaint you'd like to resolve outside of court, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which connects you with independent dispute resolution bodies.
